Digital Product & Service Policy
All digital products (including eBooks, checklists, courses, templates, and downloads) and 1:1 consultations, strategy sessions, and mentorships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the instant-access nature of these products and services, all sales are final.

Chargeback Policy
By purchasing from Brand Within You Enterprise, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to our strict no chargeback policy. If you have an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without following this process is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action and permanent termination of access to all services and products.

Consultations & Scheduling
When booking a consultation, strategy session, or mentorship call, you agree to attend the session at your scheduled time. You may cancel or reschedule your initial consultation one (1) time, provided you give notice at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credit.
